Federer and Henin to continue bid

Federer and Henin will be the star attractions on Centre Court Men’s champion and number one seed Federer faces 13th seed Tommy Haas in the third scheduled match on Centre Court for a place in the last eight.Henin, meanwhile, is first up against 15th seed Patty Schnyder at 1100 BST.Andy Roddick and two-time winner Serena Williams are also in action on Centre Court, while Rafael Nadal is on Court One on day seven of the Championships.Number two seed Nadal of Spain will face

Sweden’s Roger Soderling, seeded 28, in the third round in the first match on Court One.Williams will take on Daniela Hantuchova second up on Centre Court, with Roddick set to play Paul-Henri Mathieu of France in the last game of the day on the main court - both those matches being fourth round affairs.The second Monday of the Championships is traditionally scheduled in an attempt to finalise all the fourth round matches but, following rain interruptions on five of the six days so far, that might not be possible.The match of the day appears to be Federer against Haas, with the Swiss champion yet to be really tested on his favourite surface.
Justine Henin The 25-year-old’s third-round win over Marat Safin was his 51st straight victory on grass and he admits his run might give him a psychological edge over his German opponent.”For me it’s definitely good to keep on winning and to keep on winning in straight sets,” he said. “Maybe the intimidating factor is there.
